Our story began in 2015 when Kevin (head chef) who has been obsessed with ramen since a young age had a dream of opening his own restaurant in Dublin.
Kevin ate ramen in every city he visited but fell in love with the styles being offered in the U.S like NY and LA. From there, our goal was to combine both eastern and western flavours using specialized Japanese ingredients. The menu development was extensive, we tested hundreds of bowls with the goal of creating the most unique one we could.
Our search for a location started in 2020 and we are happy to finally have found our home in Dublin.
Nomo will offer a range of different styles of ramen primarily focused on Tori Paitan (chicken broth) and vegan bowls with a curated selection of starters and drinks.

Given our limited space at Nomo ramen, we work on a walk-in basis. We can accommodate almost all walk-ins. There might be a small wait on busier nights like Friday and Saturday, but we will do our best to find you a seat within a reasonable time.
